Returns

You may request a return within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.

  • All tags, labels, and accessories must be intact.

  • Proof of purchase (invoice, receipt, or order confirmation) must be provided.

Textora reserves the right to reject any return request if the product is found to be used, damaged, altered, or missing parts not caused by our error.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for arranging and bearing the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or incorrect item delivered by us.

Return shipping charges are non-refundable.

Please mention your Order ID and Name clearly on the return package for easy identification.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected by our team.

After successful inspection, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.

The inspection process may take up to 7 working days from the date of receiving the returned item.

Prepaid Orders

For approved returns of prepaid orders, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, the refund may take 7–15 business days to reflect in your account.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For approved COD returns, refunds may be issued as:

  • Store Credit, or

  • Coupon Code

The issued credit will remain valid for up to 12 months from the date of issuance.

Treatment of Discounts

If a promotional coupon, discount code, or special offer was used during purchase, the value of such discount may be deducted from the refund amount.

Exchange Policy

We replace products only if:

  • The item has a manufacturing defect, or

  • The item was damaged during delivery, or

  • An incorrect product was delivered.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Before Shipment

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch without any cancellation charges.

In such cases, the full amount paid will be refunded to the original payment method.

Cancellation After Shipment

If a cancellation request is received after the order has been dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled. The customer may initiate a return request after receiving the product, subject to the Return Policy.

Non-Returnable Items
